Digital products
All products sold by Brxneo are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Because digital products provide immediate access after purchase, sales are generally final once access to the product has been provided.
No refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or situations where the customer no longer wants or needs the product after receiving access.
However, a refund may be provided when required by applicable law or in situations such as:
A duplicate charge.
The purchased product cannot be accessed or delivered.
A significant technical issue prevents the product from working as described and cannot be resolved through support.
